The father of a young Christian in Pakistan claims the murder of his son in police custody is now being covered up. Yousaf Ebran, father of Frahan Ebran, claims his son was tortured and killed by police officers after being arrested on suspicion of being a thief on September 26.
Following the arrest, police claim that Frahan committed suicide while in police custody by hanging himself. According to Yousaf, the autopsy performed after Frahan’s death does not support the claim of suicide. “In this autopsy report one thing is clear that Farhan didn’t commit suicide,” Yousaf told Christians in Pakistan. “Policemen killed him and after that they marked his neck with a rope to show that he had committed suicide.”
