Luka Binniyat of the Southern Kaduna People’s Union (SOKAPU) has reported another attack in Southern Kaduna. This attack reportedly took place on Friday, November 6, in the village of Dande in Chikun County. Binniyat identified the four individuals as John Musa, Habila Ibrahim, Samaila Audu, and Maikudi Wasa.

The very next day, Saturday, November 7, near the capital city, Kaduna seven people were abducted by Fulani militants. The seven abducted individuals include five daughters of a local pastor named, Istifanus Tiswan of Christ Embassy Church. The five girls are named as Faith Tiswan, Godsgift Tiswan, Ruth Tiswan, Damaris Tiswan and Michelle Tiswan. The other two individuals are Haruna Barde and an unidentified person.

So far no groups have come forward to claim either attack, and it is unclear if these incidents were conducted by the same group. There have also been no ransom demands sent for the seven individuals who were kidnapped. These types of kidnappings usually end with the family and friends paying a large ransom or the people being killed. Please pray for the safety of those who are being held hostage and for the family of those who were killed.
