Iranian news reports that Christian human rights activist Mary Fatemeh Mohammadi, who was working in Tehran, was arrested on January 12. Her location and status are still unknown.
Mohammadi was arrested for several tweets criticizing the Iranian government and talking about how protesters in the area were resisting the regime’s oppression. She also talked about officials using batons and tear gas to suppress protesters.
