On October 21, a major attack took place in Kasuwan Magani, Kaduna State, Nigeria. This attack is claimed to have been a clash between Muslim and Christian youths. The police of that area have stated that 55 people were killed in the attack and that they have arrested 22 suspects so far. There has been little evidence given to show that this was a clash however.
Though this is likely not related to the larger Fulani militant crisis continuing in the country, the Nigerian government has again proven unable to stop large scale attacks and violence from breaking out.
